// The problem

If your website makes you cringe, so does everyone else.

You've grown past the site you launched with. It looks dated. It doesn't rank. Your salespeople send it to prospects and then quickly follow up with a call to walk them through what you actually do.

A modern site fixes three things at once: how you look, how you rank, how you convert. We build for all three, in the same project, on a fixed timeline.

// The Mo Studio difference

See your new site before you pay a dime for it.

Every project starts with a live working demo — not a Figma file, not a mockup — built to your brand, on your domain, with your real content structure. You walk through it, we adjust, and only then do we sign a contract.

No agency has time to do this. That's why they don't. I do — because I'm one person, and I'd rather build the right thing once than argue about a wireframe for four weeks.

Zero risk
You see the site before the invoice.
Zero politics
You talk to the person building it, not an account manager.

A one-person studio,
obsessed with the details.

I'm Mo. I partner with founders, operators, and creatives to ship websites that look like a magazine, perform like a product, and rank like a pro.

Every project is a collaboration — I take it personally from the first conversation to launch day and beyond. No handoffs, no fluff, no templates.

Why Mo Studio / 03

A website is where your business shows up.

A system is how it makes money.

We build both — design, code, and the operational plumbing behind them. One studio, one point of contact, one throat to choke.

  • /01

    Systems thinking, not deliverables

    Every project ships a site plus the workflows that keep it earning — CRM, invoicing, bookings, admin dashboards, automations. A website is the front door. We build the whole house.

  • /02

    Business × tech in one head

    I ran operations for a private firm before this — and I write the production code myself. You get a founder who understands margin, cashflow, and pipeline, not a designer who hands you off to a dev the moment things get real.

  • /03

    End-to-end ownership

    Strategy → design → build → launch → Growth retainer → custom Solutions. One studio through every phase. You never re-explain your business to a new vendor, and there's no telephone game between agency, dev shop, and IT.

Included in every project

Full service.
Single point of contact.

Design, development, SEO, and a growth retainer — delivered by one hands-on designer, not a chain of sub-contractors.

01

A website that closes

Bespoke design, sharp copy, fast build. Local SEO baked in from day one. Ships in 3–4 weeks. Editorial where it earns you trust, direct where it earns you leads.

02

Positioning

If your homepage still says "we offer high-quality solutions" — we fix that first. Sharper headline. Sharper you. Included in every project.

03

Local SEO

GBP, schema, Core Web Vitals, and pages your customers actually search for. Built in — not sold back to you as an upsell.

04

Growth retainer

After launch, keep the momentum. Content, SEO monitoring, quarterly conversion tests. Growth retainer from $79/mo.

Process / 03

How we work.

A live demo before you commit, then fixed phases with clear deliverables. I'm your single point of contact from idea to launch.

  1. STEP 01~30 min

    Idea

    You bring a rough idea and a few bullets. Free 20-30 min call — I ask three sharp questions and we both know if there's a project here.

  2. STEP 023–5 days

    Live demo

    This is the differentiator. Before you sign or pay a cent, I build you a real, hosted, clickable demo of your homepage. You see the actual work.

  3. STEP 03~3–4 weeks

    Build

    Green light + full payment upfront, then I extend the demo into every page. Hand-built in React, animated where it matters, CMS + SEO wired.

  4. STEP 04~3 days + ongoing

    Launch & grow

    Domain, SSL, redirects, handover — the whole build is yours. Then an optional Growth retainer keeps the site sharp, ranking, and compounding.

Pricing / 04

Transparent rates.
No surprises.

Fixed-price packages with clear deliverables. Custom scopes on request — just tell me what you need.
// If your budget is under $2,800, we're not the right fit — no hard feelings. If it's over $10K and includes custom systems, that's Solutions.

Add-ons

Bolt-ons, à la carte.

Attach any of these to a package — or buy them stand-alone. Tap a row to see what's included. Fixed prices, no surprise line items.

  • One more fully-designed, CMS-ready page beyond your tier's allotment.

  • A distinctive logo with 2 revision rounds. Delivered as SVG, PNG, and favicon set.

  • I write the words — SEO-aware, on-brand, one revision round. For pages that look finished but read empty.

  • Wire up any external service — Airtable, HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, Twilio, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, or a custom REST / GraphQL API. Auth, error handling, and testing included. Complex integrations quoted after scoping.

  • Keywords, meta, schema, sitemap, Search Console + GA4 wired up. So you actually show up on Google.

  • One-time profile audit and full optimization: categories, services, service areas, hours, photo pass, initial 3-post content batch, and reusable review-response templates. Verified ownership handoff included. So Google actually knows who you are.

  • 4 GBP posts per month, review responses within 24 hours, Q&A monitoring, and a monthly Insights report tying GBP calls + clicks + directions requests back to real business outcomes. Bundle with any Growth retainer for a $50/mo discount.

  • Add Stripe-powered checkout to your custom site. One-time or subscription payments, receipts, and webhooks wired up. Your site, now taking money.

  • Purpose-built analytics we design and build directly into your admin — pageviews, custom events, conversion goals, referrer / UTM breakdown, and date-range filtering. GDPR-friendly, cookieless. Your data, your charts, no third-party lock-in.

  • A branded control room inside your CMS — KPI tiles, content shortcuts, drafts, activity feed, and quick actions. Same visual language as your site.

  • Authenticated area for your customers — email + password or magic-link sign-in, profile, documents, and resources. Includes JWT auth and role-based access.

  • Everything in Basic, plus payments, subscriptions, and Stripe billing inside the portal. Invoices, receipts, cancel / upgrade flows, and webhook-driven state.

  • 12-month Growth retainer with every new project, then month-to-month. Priority queue · locked-in rates · anniversary check-in · referral credit — plus updates, backups, edit time, SEO monitoring, and monthly check-ins. Clients without a retainer own the code and go it alone; the Growth retainer is how you keep the site compounding after launch. See /terms §07 for the three tiers ($79 · $169 · $299).

  • Skip the queue. I drop other work to ship your project on an aggressive timeline. Note: rush projects cap revisions at 3 rounds regardless of tier.

Prices in USD, exclusive of applicable tax. Bundling two or more add-ons often unlocks a small discount — ask on the call.

  1. Bill Farr Photography
    PortfolioEditorialCinematicPrint sales
    // Problem

    A working commercial photographer with a portfolio most people only dream of — Western landscapes shot from horseback, working ranches, sunsets from three continents — and zero digital footprint. No website, no portfolio link, no online store. The work lived on SD cards, in phone galleries, and on the walls of the ranch families he shoots for.

    // Build

    A cinematic editorial portfolio built to feel like a photo book, not a landing page. Full-bleed silent-motion hero, long-scroll pacing with reserved-space image containers, serif display + monospace overlines. Print-store hooks engineered in from day one so the site is revenue-ready the moment Bill flips the store on. React + Tailwind + Framer Motion + headless CMS + image CDN on edge-cached hosting.

    // Outcome

    First website, first searchable gallery, first inbound inquiries from strangers — launched in 6 weeks with a sub-2s mobile load and a hero → gallery → print detail flow that’s three taps to buy.

  2. Bright at Home Cleaning
    LocalRebrandLocal SEOHome Services
    // Problem

    A new owner acquired Bright at Home Cleaning. The business had bones — real crews, real customers, real reviews — but the previous website did nothing for the previous owner. No inbound leads, no Google presence, no clear reason to click “Get a quote.” It was part of the reason the business ended up on the market.

    // Build

    Rebuilt on a modern component stack with a confident visual identity — proof (reviews, insurance, eco-friendly) inside the first screen, no template look, no stock-photo shrug. Expanded from a handful of ZIP codes to explicit coverage of the full Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, a separate commercial lane for B2B accounts, and Service + Area page templates that grow without a redesign. Local schema, sitemaps, and GBP alignment wired in from day one.

    // Outcome

    Zero-downtime owner transition — same phone rang all through the handover. Real Google traffic and real quote requests from strangers post-launch, with legacy inbound links preserved via 301s so no ranking equity was thrown away in the switch.

  3. E-Vault
    SaaSFull-stackEncryptionStripe
    // Problem

    E-Vault started as a founder’s question: “What happens to my family’s digital life if I’m suddenly gone?” There was no existing product to answer it — no brand, no site, no code. The scope wasn’t “design a marketing page.” It was: design a category, build a secure product, and launch a brand people actually trust with their most sensitive data — all at once, without ever making the experience feel morbid or legalistic.

    // Build

    End-to-end product design and build: editorial marketing site that teaches the problem before pitching the solution, a full SaaS behind it — React + FastAPI + MongoDB with AES-256 at-rest encryption and per-user derived keys, 2FA/TOTP with session audit logging, Stripe billing across four tiers, transactional email + beneficiary flows, and daily encrypted backups on cloud-native hosting.

    // Outcome

    Live product with a free trial + three paid tiers ($4.99 / $14.99 / $19.99), Stripe billing running, and real families using it to protect passwords, documents, crypto keys, and beneficiary instructions. Hundreds of vaults secured. Zero breaches to date.

“After 30+ small-business builds, I keep seeing the same two things kill a site: unclear positioning, and a homepage that talks about the business instead of the customer. Mo Studio exists to fix both — in the same project.”

“When I set out to build E-Vault, I needed more than a contractor, I needed someone who could own the problem e2e: architecture, UX, compliance-aware copy, and a go-to-market plan, not just a Figma file. Mo Studio delivered the entire solution from the ground up, the platform, the onboarding flow, the marketing infrastructure and did it with the kind of attention to detail I'd expect from a team, not a single builder. Months later, E-Vault is live with real users! Highly Recommend Mo!”

FAQ / 07

Common questions.

Anything else? Ask on the call or hit the contact form — I reply within 24 hours.

A website is where your business shows up. A system is how it makes money. Most studios stop at the site — you get pretty pixels and then a bill for anything else. We build the whole stack around it: the CRM that captures leads, the booking flow that fills your calendar, the Stripe integration that takes payments, the admin dashboard that shows you what's working, the automations that stop you from doing everything by hand. If your business needs it to run — design, code, workflows, or the operational plumbing between them — that's inside scope. One studio, one contract, one throat to choke. That's the difference between hiring a web designer and hiring a systems partner.

You've seen a template someone spent a weekend colouring in. A $500 site is a brochure with your logo on it — no positioning, no local SEO wiring, no conversion thinking, and nobody on the other end when it breaks. A Mo Studio project is a bespoke build tuned to your business goals: sharper positioning, GBP + schema + Core Web Vitals wired in from day one, a live working demo on your domain before you pay a cent, and a founder answering your emails for years after launch. If a $500 site was going to move your business, you wouldn't be reading this — you'd already have one that works. Different tool, different outcome.

Straight answer: technical wins land in weeks, business wins land in months. In the first 30 days post-launch you should see faster page loads, cleaner tracking in GA4 + Search Console, a Google Business Profile that finally shows up for the right searches, and prospects staying on the site 2–3× longer. Ranking and lead volume compound from month 2 onward — most local clients see their first tracked inbound within 6–10 weeks. It's not magic. It's a proper foundation that Google, humans, and your sales pitch can all stand on.

Short answer: no — and that's on purpose. I don't work off other people's builds. Every Mo Studio site is designed and built from scratch in React so the positioning, structure, SEO, and speed are engineered for your goals — not fighting decisions someone else made on Wix, WordPress, or a template farm. What you keep from your current site: your domain, your Google Business Profile, your ranking history, your content (if it's worth keeping), and your assets. What we replace: everything else. Migration, 301 redirects, GA4 + Search Console re-wiring, and DNS handover are all part of the build — so you don't lose the SEO equity you've earned, you just stop being held back by the old container. If your existing site is on Wix / Squarespace / Webflow and you love it, that's fine — we're probably not the right fit. If it's costing you leads, that's exactly what we fix.

100%. Full stop. The code, design files, CMS content, and domain are yours from the moment the project fee is paid — for both Web Design and Solutions. I build host-agnostic so you can move to any provider. If you ever leave, I export everything, transfer DNS + CMS + analytics access within 14 days, and hand you a git repo. No hostage-taking, no monthly fees to "keep the lights on," no threats of pulling the site down. Read §6 of the Master Terms if you want the legal version.

You have three options and none of them are "stuck." (1) Do it yourself — I train you on the CMS on launch day, 30-min recorded walkthrough included. (2) Growth retainer — $79 / $169 / $299 per month depending on how much edit time + strategy you want, cancellable with 30 days' notice. Priority queue, locked-in rates, monthly check-ins. (3) One-off change orders — email me, get a fixed quote in 24 hrs, no retainer needed. Most clients start on the middle Growth retainer for the first year and step down later. Your call.

Because they solve a different problem. Those tools ship a site — I ship a business asset. AI builders and DIY platforms are brilliant if your goal is "exist online this weekend." They struggle with the things that actually move revenue: custom local SEO, integrations that talk to your CRM / Stripe / GBP, load speed under real traffic, and — most importantly — the strategic call on what your homepage should even say. You end up with a pretty container and no plan. If you'd rather have a site that a founder built around your specific business, positioning, and pipeline, we're the different conversation.

Then you walk. Zero cost, zero contract, zero pressure — the demo is my risk to take, not yours. In practice this almost never happens because the demo is built after a 20-min call where I ask enough questions to know what you actually want. If it does miss, I'll usually offer one round of course-correction; if it still misses, we shake hands and part friends. This is the whole point of showing you the site before you pay — you get to say no when it's cheap and easy to say no.

Realistically about 2 hours total, spread across three touchpoints — the initial call (30 min), the demo review (30 min), and one round of revision feedback (async, on your schedule). I don't ask you to run meetings, join a Slack channel, or approve mockups by committee. If you're the kind of owner who wants to be in every detail, that's fine too — the door's open. If you're slammed and want to hand it off and see it at the demo, that also works. I flex to whichever style matches how you run your business.

Copy polish is included in every project — I take your existing words, sales language, or brand voice and tighten them for the web (headlines, section leads, CTAs, meta descriptions). Full ground-up copywriting from scratch (based on a short interview with you) is an add-on at $180 per ~400-word section. If you have a copywriter you already love, I collaborate with them at no extra cost. What I won't do is publish placeholder "we deliver high-quality solutions" copy just to hit a deadline — that kind of copy is a big reason your site isn't working today.

I'm based in Central Time (Texas). About half my clients are DFW / Texas local, the other half are US-wide with a handful in Europe. Time zones haven't been an issue for anyone — I overlap fully with the Americas and get 3+ hours of overlap with Western Europe. Local clients occasionally get an in-person kick-off; everyone else gets Zoom or Cal.com. Same quality of work, same response times, same person on the other end of the email — location doesn't change any of that.

Book a free 20-min diagnostic call above, or email design@mozeid.com directly. I reply within 24 hours. On the call we'll figure out if there's a project here — no pitch deck, no hard sell, no "let me send you a proposal and follow up in three days." If it fits, the next step is a live demo on your domain within ~5 business days. If it doesn't fit, I'll point you to someone who does. That's the whole process.
