// For consultants, coaches, advisors, and solo experts across DFW

A consultant site that closes prospects before the first call..

If you sell your expertise for real money, your website is either the reason prospects book — or the reason they don't. Most consultant sites are a résumé with better fonts. That's not a website, that's a LinkedIn export. A real consultant site does something completely different: it pre-qualifies prospects, telegraphs authority, and closes the case before the intro call.

// The problem

Most DFW-based consultants are losing 30–50% of qualified prospects at the website.

You send a warm intro your website URL. They visit, read a generic "strategic solutions" paragraph, see a stock hero image, don't find a case study anywhere, and quietly go dark. You never know why. This is the invisible tax on every consultant who runs a bad website.

A proper editorial consultant site: sharp positioning above the fold, one or two real case studies with real metrics, a clear "who I work with / who I don't" filter, a clean way to book time, and enough voice to make prospects feel like they already know you before the call.

// What we build

Built specifically for Dallas–Fort Worth.

Positioning first, design second

Before any pixels get pushed, we sharpen the positioning — who exactly you serve, what specific outcome you deliver, and why the wrong-fit prospects should self-select out. The design lands harder because it's landing on a clear message.

Case studies that carry weight

Editorial case-study pages with real numbers, real client voice, and real project pacing. Not "we helped a Fortune 500 grow their business" — actual before-after with actual outcomes.

Book-time flow done cleanly

Cal.com / Calendly / SavvyCal wired in above the fold, with a pre-qualifier so wrong-fit prospects filter out before they hit your calendar. Your time is the product; the site should protect it.

Founder voice + author profile

Long-form pieces, sub-stack style essays, or a proper blog if you write — set up with editorial pacing, not blog-template chaos. Google rewards this. Prospects reward it more.

// Case study

Proof, not promises.

E-Vault · founder-brand build

E-Vault is a founder-led SaaS build — the brand, the marketing site, and the product all shipped together. The same positioning-first, editorial-forward, credibility-heavy approach translates directly to a solo consultant or advisor site.

Questions from Dallas–Fort Worth.

LinkedIn is table-stakes. It's not enough. When a prospect wants to actually check you out before spending $10k+ on your services, they Google your name. If what comes up is your LinkedIn and a five-year-old Squarespace, you've already lost some percentage of the room. A proper consultant site closes that gap.

Half the consultants I work with have this problem — client work is confidential, industry is small, names can't be used. Solutions: (1) anonymised case studies with real metrics and a sector-only label ("a $50M professional services firm in Texas"), (2) named testimonials without the full case narrative, (3) methodology pages that show how you think without disclosing who you worked with. I coach through this on the discovery call.

Depends. If you already write and it's a distribution problem, absolutely yes — the site becomes your home base. If you don't write and the idea makes you tired, don't force it. A tight 6-page site with sharp positioning + real case studies outperforms a bloated 40-page blog that nobody updates. I'll be honest about which one you are on the discovery call.
